Who will be coming to my house?
All of our crews are lead by an ISA Certified Arborist and a team of trained tree care professionals. Our crews vary in size depending on the work performed. Our arborists are all experienced and thoroughly trained in all aspects of tree care. If you have a preference for a specific arborist please let us know and we will do our best to schedule you with them, however, last minute schedule changes do sometimes occur. Should I move my car?
Please make sure all vehicles are moved out from under any trees we are working on. If you are able to clear your driveway that is always helpful as well!
Is it okay if I have another contractor working at the same time?
Typically, not. Even contractors working on a different part of your house may need to park in the same area or may cross our paths as they are coming and going as well. Our work can be a danger to other contractors and vice versa, so in order to keep everyone safe and able to complete their work efficiently, we ask that you do not schedule any other contractors at the same time we are on your property.
Can I/my kids watch?
You are welcome to watch from a safe distance! Please check in with us at the beginning of the day on where a safe area to watch from might be, it can be further away than you might think. We try and mark out our job area, but if we are working on multiple trees in your yard it may be safest to watch from inside.
Can I let my pets out while you are working?
Please be sure to keep all pets indoors unless you have checked with our team on a safe spot to let them out. Please also be sure all pet waste has been cleared from the work area. There is an additional fee for clearing pet waste.
What if I have a question for the arborist while they’re working?
There is always someone working on the ground, please just get their attention from a safe distance and they will be happy to come over to you and discuss your question. Please do not approach the chipper.
When/how do I need to pay?
We accept checks, card payments, or cash. We may ask for a deposit, and then the balance or full payment is due at the time we complete the work. Our team is happy to accept a check before they go, or if you prefer an electronic payment, we are happy to email you an invoice and just ask that you pay it promptly. Thanks!
